Kenneth Weiss has killed Ken the consultant and is happily writing poetry and non-fiction, doing copywriting and copy editing, and translating from Spanish to English.
in past years he has lived and worked in six countries and traveled to about 70. He has mastered Spanish, is improving daily in French and has developed reading skills in Portuguese and Italian.
From 1996 until 2016, he owned a small firm. Plans and Solutions Inc. Besides consulting, he conducted seminars and wrote magazine articles and books on international trade regulations, procedures and marketing.
In recent years Ken has gotten active in the Rotary Club of Gaithersburg, an NGO named Gaithersburg Help, the city’s Multicultural Affairs Committee and a French-language discussion group.
In mid-2016, he organized the Gaithersburg Creative Writers Group. Also, he wrote an article for the North Potomac Times newspaper and translated a small book of difficult poems, whose name in Spanish was “Alfabeto.”
He supports the activities of his wife, Beatrice, their children Margaret and Heidi, and three grand children, and they in turn support him in his endeavors.
